Terms of service

1. General

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update them at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability.
• Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST.
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayNow, GrabPay, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

3. Delivery

• Delivery is only available within Singapore (selected areas may have surcharges).
• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (subject to slot availability).
• We use insulated packaging to keep durians fresh, but durians are highly perishable.
• Please consume within 4–6 hours after delivery for best quality.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement.
• After 1 hour, cancellations are not accepted as we start processing fresh durians.

5. Refunds & Returns

• No returns on perishable goods (durians) due to food safety reasons.
• Refunds or replacements are only provided if: – The durians are damaged or spoiled upon arrival (photo proof required within 2 hours of delivery). – We fail to deliver within the agreed time slot.
• Delivery fee is non-refundable for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
