Flesh (Aril): Exceptionally thick, creamy, and buttery with a beautiful pale to light golden-yellow hue (sometimes leaning towards soft orange). Very low fibre, soft and custardy texture — one of the softest varieties, smooth and melts effortlessly in the mouth with excellent “easy-release” from the seed.

Flavour: Bold yet balanced and approachable — a perfect harmony of rich sweetness with a gentle bittersweet edge. Notes of frosting-like sweetness, roasted nuts, light caramel, subtle grassiness, and mild fermented fruit. Fruity and fragrant aroma that is powerful but not overwhelming, filling the room with a pleasant, classic durian scent.
